step-57: The Incompressible, Stationary Navier Stokes Equations

This tutorial for the deal.II finite element library demonstrates efficient
linear and nonlinear solvers to solve the incompressible and stationary Navier
Stokes equations. A Newton method with a continuation method is employed to
solve on a sequence of adaptively refined meshes. The linear solver uses a
block preconditioner based on an augmented Lagrangian approach.
Note: this is the original version contributed to deal.II. The current version

Installing and Running
----------------------
If you have a recent version of deal.II installed, you can configure,
compile, and run using the following commands:
$ cmake -D DEAL_II_DIR=/path/to/dealii .
$ make
$ make run
