[B] - arxiv2102.09333 - first version Description of experiment corresponding to supplied datasets

Version May 6:  code update to also plot FLIDs, instead of only FDIDs. Final version as described in the updated arxiv papers and in J Phys Chem C DOIs: 10.1021/acs.jpcc.1c01670  and 10.1021/acs.jpcc.1c01671
