Measuring the impact of your mentorship program: Insights from Open Life Science

Representatives from eight existing mentorship programmes presented their initiatives with specific focus on five core topics: - Programme content/mentee projects - Pairing mentors/mentees - Mentor recruitment/reward/support - Measuring impact - Post programme support
