This is the artifact for the article “No Crash, No Exploit: Automated Verification of Embedded Kernels”. This artifact should reproduce the experiments from the paper, except those that depend on proprietary material.

The artifact is a virtual machine. Login credentials are:

    login: demo
    password: demo

The VM is in standard OVA format, so it should be portable across virtualization software. However, we tested it in VirtualBox.

By default, the VM uses 4 CPU cores and 8 GiB of RAM. You can allocate it less resources, but please be aware that some data points in the last experiment require up to 11 GiB of RAM.

In the VM, the file /home/demo/Desktop/rtas21_artifact/README.md provides detailed instructions to use the artifact.
