Experimental data is stored in Hierarchical Data Format 5 (HDF5) format. The data can be opened by h5read command within MATLAB 2020a, 
and may be readable by other hdf5 readers. The energy scanned photoelectron diffraction (PhD) data were mostly acquired with two regions. 
The primary region, measured in high resolution, that encompassed the peak being measured, and a secondary region that was measured in 
low resolution over a large energy range, which is used to form the template background used in reducing the PhD data. The as deposited
(i.e. without annealing) preparation is Acetophenone Dose 1 (2016-08-04 19:33:11) the annealed preparation is Acetophenone Dose 3 (2016-08-06 21:19:38).
