Scotaena horni (Turner)

Spilothynnus horni Turner, 1927: 449. Holotype, PARAGUAY: Villarrica, x/1923, 1♂ (Eberswalde) (SDEI). Paratypes, same locality: 1♂, x/1923 (Eberswalde) (SDEI); 2♂, xii/1923 (Meyer) (NHM – UK).

Scotaena horni. Kimsey, 1992: 134. Kimsey, 2004a: 511. Carnimeo et al, 2017: 255.

Female: unknown.

Distribution. The single locality known is from the Paraguayan Chaco.
