Type data. Ex Maxomys surifer (syn. Rattus rajah surifer), Malaysia, Selangor State, Ulu Langat Forest Reserve.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Berylmys bowersi, Leopoldamys sabanus, Maxomys rajah, M. surifer.

Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
