Protrusion Measurements related to figures: Fig. S2, Fig. S8

Actin filopodial and AGO2 protrusion measurements were taken by running the "Fig.S2_filopodia protrusion.m" and "Fig.S2_ago_protrusion.m"
scripts, respectively.
The images used in the former script can be found in the "actin_filopodial_protrusions" subfolder and those used in the latter in the
"ago_protrusions" subfolder of the "Supplementary\figure S8\cell_images_used_for_analysis" folder. The two scripts call on the
"Fig.S2_filopodia_measurements.m" and "Fig.S2_ago_measurements.m", respectively. These are based on the scripts found
in DOI 10.1186/1752-0509-7-66, with a modification for the evaluation of tip-to-midpoint width ratio for the respective protrusions.
The output produced from "Fig.S2_filopodia protrusion.m" and "Fig.S2_ago_protrusion.m" scripts can be found in the "Fig.S2_filo.csv"
and "Fig.S2_ago.csv" files, respectively. The results written in these csv files are
then analyzed using the R script "Fig.S2_filo.R".

Colocalization analysis and scatterplots related to figures: Fig. 3-Fig. 4-Fig. 10-Fig. S3

Colocalization analysis was implemented through the "Fig.3-Fig.4-Fig.10-Fig.S3_colocalization_stats.m" script.
The images used for the analysis are named "Result of Ci-cropped", were i=1 or i=2 for the two channels, and can be found in the
"cropped_thresholded" subfolder of the corresponding "figure " folders. Scatterplots were created from the
"Fig.3-Fig.4-Fig.10-Fig.S3_scatterplots.m" script using the "Result of Ci-cropped_bridge" images in the same folders.

Scatterplots related to figures: Fig. 8, Fig. S7

Scatterplots for these figures were created from the "Fig.8-Fig.S7_kinase_scatterplots.m" script using the images found in the
"scatterplots" subfolder of the corresponding "Supplementary\figure " subfolder.

Statistics related to figures Fig. 7, Fig. S6

The first tabs in "Fig.7_Fig.S6_chr_deregulation", "Fig.7_Fig.S6_chr_lagging" and "Fig.7_Fig.S6_micronuclei" excel files record the
measurements taken from the corresponding biologically independent experiments. The "stats" tabs records the data used for statistical testing.
The latter was run from the "Fig.7_Fig.S6_stats_barplots.R" script (also used to produce the corresponding plots).
