sample_number: unique identifier of radiosounding
launch_date [day-month-year]: date of radiosonde launch [UTC]
start_time [hour-minute-second UTC]: time at which the radiosonde was turned on [UTC]
SLWC attached: “yes” if radiosonde was of type RSB with attached SLWC. “no” if radiosonde was of type ABx 
Success: "yes" if radiosonde was launched successfully and reached above 10km height; "partly" if radiosonde was launched successfully, but the signal was lost before the radiosonde reached 10km or if some of the sensors failed; "no" if the launch was not successful
