Description

Athanasia laevigata (Linnaeus) Linnaeus, Species Plantarum, ed. 2, 2: 1181. 1763.

"Habitat ad Cap. b. spei." RCN: 6111.

Basionym: Santolina laevigata L. (1760).

Lectotype (Källersjö in Jarvis & Turland in Taxon 47: 365. 1998): " Helychrys. afric. ericoides umbellatum Breyn. in Herm. cat. p. 7 ", Herb. Burman (G).

Current name: Athanasia dentata (L.) L. (Asteraceae).
