Description

Erigeron acris Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 863. 1753.

"Habitat in Europae apricis, siccis." RCN: 6252.

Lectotype (Huber in Veröjf. Geobot. Inst. E. T.H. Stiftung Rübel Zürich 114: 44. 1993): Herb. Linn. No. 994.16 (LINN).

Current name: Erigeron acris L. (Asteraceae).

Note: Specific epithet spelled “acre” in the protologue.
