Entypus fulvicornis (Cresson)

OK: Oklahoma County, Edmond; 4 September; J. OFeery (mexichaun). Host: Unidentified species (Lycosidae), adult or subadult female. The wasp walked backwards through short grass on the ground dragging a paralyzed

wolf spider, dorsal side upward, grasping the base of its pedipalp or chelicera with her mandibles (O’Feery 2017).

TX: Travis County, Austin, Austin Rifle Range; 3 August 2016; B. Stoeger (benstoegerproshop). Host: Rabidosa rabida (Walckenaer) (Rabid wolf spider), adult or subadult female. The wasp stung the paralyzed wolf spider between its chelicera while it hung by its 3 rd and 4 th legs from a wooden beam (Stoeger 2016).
