Transient Signal Enhancer for Fiji ImageJ

A small script that is meant to run on fluorescent imaging time series. It will enhance transient intensity signals.

The scripts performs a histogram based bleaching correction (https://imagej.net/Bleach_Correction) and generates a spatially blurred copy of the input image series. A temporally blurred copy is subtracted to enhance all temporally limited signals. The enhanced signals are overlaid on the original input.
