	CTRY - country abbreviation
	CTRYL - country long name
	NAME - station name
	LAT - latitude (degrees)
	LON - longitude (degrees)
	ELEV -  elevation (m)
	YEARS - list of years with available data

Columns in individual STATION_ID.csv:
	STATION - station identifier (combination of USAF and WBAN identifiers)
	DATE - year-month
	NMW - number of valid (non-missing) present weather (ww) manual reports
	N6 - number of reports of ww = 06
	N7 - number of reports of ww = 07
	N8 - number of reports of ww = 08
	N9 - number of reports of ww = 09
	N30 - number of reports of ww = 30
	N31 - number of reports of ww = 31
	N32 - number of reports of ww = 32
	N33 - number of reports of ww = 33
	N34 - number of reports of ww = 34
	N35 - number of reports of ww = 35
	N98 - number of reports of ww = 98
	VIS - harmonic mean visibility of all ww reports
	VI - mean of the inverse visibility of all ww reports (equivalent to the inverse of VIS)
	WSD - arithmetic mean wind speed of all ww reports
	duVIS - harmonic mean visibility of all dust reports (ww = 06-08, 30-35, 98)
	duVI - equivalent to the inverse of duVIS
	duWSD - arithmetic mean wind speed of all dust reports (ww = 06-08, 30-35, 98)
