Description
PERIL (Population Evacuation tRigger aLgorithm).
This code computes trigger perimeters for wildfire evacuation of a rural community. It was based on the work of Cova et al 2005.
Matlab code written by Harry Mitchell, supervised by Guillermo Rein, 2018-2020.
