J/ψ photoproduction in Au+Au ultra-peripheral collisions at √sNN=200GeV at RHIC

Doctoral thesis on the photoproduction of J/ψ in Au+Au collisions at the center of mass energy per nucleon pair of 200GeV studied at the PHENIX experiment at mid and forward rapidity at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). This work is the first measurement from PHENIX on photoproduction in the forward rapidity.
