Presentation given at the online meeting of sub-working group "Ontologies" of working group "Archives" of the Society for Theatre Studies. The presentation deals with differences between ontologies and data models and explains the relevance of mappings as a working agenda for the sub-working group. As an example it shows a mapping process for the performance database Theadok.
