2020_07_15: Structure of the Reactor_Runs folder


|- ChemDBPublic : MC-ChemDB files for Neutrals, Ions and PhotoProcs.
|  |              Concurrent versions are managed. The ***_latest files are symbolic
|  |              links to the latest versions
|  |
|  |- BeamSpectrumFiles : Beam spectrum files (solar, disco, ...); options for 1nm and 0.1nm 
|
|- ReactorCodes  : execution scripts and reactor code
|                  >>> you should put the reactor executable for your platform here <<<
|
|- Projects      : folder containing the projects 


1- How to Install ?

* For a new installation
  a/ unzip ChemDB.zip in a new folder (e.g. Reactor_Runs)
  b/ create a "Projects" folder in this new folder
  c/ put the executable of reactor for your platform in the "ReactorCodes" folder

* For older installations
  a/ unzip ChemDBP.zip in the folder containing your "Projects" folder
  b/ put the executable of reactor for your platform in the "ReactorCodes" folder
 
2- How to Use ?

a/ get ReactorUI from github (https://github.com/ppernot/ReactorUI)
b/ execute global.R in Rstudio
