- sortav_regress.py - sortav regression routine used to calculate kqsat
- er_demo_sortav_OLS_difference.py - demonstration code calling sortav_regress.py
- er_demo_sortav_OLS_difference.png - output from er_demo_sortav_OLS_difference.py
- kqsat_CMIP5.nc, kqsat_CMIP6.nc - kqsat values for cmip5, cmip6 ensembles as in the paper
- kqsat_observational_estimates_exDataFig6.nc - the 7 estimates of kqsat from Extended Data Figure 6 (the mean of these represents the central observational estimate of kqsat).
- kqsatSpatial_CMIP5.nc, kqsatSpatial_CMIP6.nc, kqsatSpatial_TRMM.nc - kqsatSpatial values for cmip5, cmip6 models, and TRMM observations, as in the paper. Note: see the paper for limitations of kqsatSpatial: kqsat is our primary measure of precipitation sensitivity.
