The HelioML team is happy to announce the release of HelioML 0.3.0.

We would like to acknowledge the following people for contributing new chapters to the textbook since v0.2.0:

  • Ryan M. McGranaghan, along with collaborators Anthony J. Mannucci, Brian Wilson, Chris A. Mattmann, and Richard Chadwick, for contributing Chapter 4 on predicting high-latitude ionospheric scintillation,
  • Brandon Panos for contributing Chapter 5 on analyzing the behavior of the Mg II spectral line during solar flares, and
  • Tobías Felipe, along with collaborator and Andrés Asensio Ramos, for contributing Chapter 6 on detecting far-side solar active regions.
