PS2;Als Netzwerk-ASP möchte ich, dass alle Crew-Supporter aktuelle Informationen erhalten, aber einige erreichen wir bisher nicht ... (teilweise auch, weil Kommunikationstools nicht genutzt werden). Deshlab ist die Organisation gelegentlich aufwändig/chaotisch.;As a network ASP, i want all Crew Supporters to receive up-to-date Information, but some can't be reached so far ... (partially because communication tools are not used). That's why the organization is occasionally laborious/chaotic.
PS3;Als alter Hase in der Crew möchte ich, dass sich Neulinge trauen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. (z.B. ASP Rolle) Dort gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf, da vieles in den Händen weniger liegt. Evtl. liegt dies an mangelnden Informationen.;As a veteran in the crew, i want newcomers to dare to take on responsibility. (e.g. ASP role) There is room for improvement, because a lot lies in the hand of few. Maybe due to a lack of information.

This would be ""too much effort"", you quickly get into a situation where you have to justify yourself. (time/""emotions"")"
PS5;Ich als Bildungs-ASP möchte, dass Bildungsveranstaltungen mehr beworben werden. Konzerte machen mehr spass. Bildung ist langfristig wichtiger;I as an education ASP want more educational actions to be more advertised. Concerts are fun. Education is more important in the long-term.
PS6;Ich als Spender-in würde sehr gerne mehr über die Projekte im Ausland erfahren. Wie diese langfristig erhalten werden und welchen Impact sie für die lokale Bevölkerung haben. Da dies momentan sehr schwer ist, überlege ich zukünftig an eine andere NGO zu spenden.;I as a donor would like to know more about projects abroad. How they are maintained long-term and the impact they have on the local population. Right now this is very difficult and I might consider donating to another NGO.
PS7;Als Event-ASP möchte ich wissen wie erfahren meine Supporter sind. Hierzu muss die Aktions-ASP kontaktieren. Das mache ich ungern da ich die Aktions ASP nicht nerven möchte. Ich fühle mich dann unwohl und habe Gedanken blöd zu sein.;As event ASP, i want to know how experienced my supporters are. For that I have to contact the actions ASP. I only do this reluctantly because I do not want to annoy the actions ASP. This makes me feel bad and insecure.
PS8;Als Workshop-Veranstalter möchte ich potentiell interessierte andere Supporter direkt ansprechen können, aber ich weiß nicht wer interessiert ist. Daher fühle ich mich aufdringlich.;As a workshop organizer i want to directly contact interested supporters, but I do not know who is interested. This makes me feel obtrusive.
PS9;Als ASP für ein Event möchte ich wissen wieviele Bewerbungen es derzeit gibt. Hierzu muss ich die Aktions-ASP kontaktieren. Das mache ich ungern da ich A-ASPs nicht nerven möchte und mich dumm fühle bzw. solche Gedanken habe.;As ASP for an event, I need to know how many applications there are at the moment. To do that i need to contact the actions ASP. I only do this reluctantly because I do not want to annoy the actions ASP and for that reason I feel stupid or similar.
PS10;Ich als Supporter möchte, dass meine Ideen in den Pool einbezogen werden auch ohne Programmierskills. Das Netzwerk soll mitgestalten. Anerkennung steigern.;I as a supporter, want to my ideas to be included in the Pool, even without programming skills. The network should participate in design. Raising appreciation.
PS11;Ich als Praktikantin finde dass Verplantheit schon zu VcA gehört, finde aber Schade, dass das manchmal zu Problemen führt. Das amüsiert, frustriert aber auch etwas.;I as an intern, think that a miss-planning is a part of VcA, however it is sad, that this leads to problems at times. I am amused but also frustrated.
PS12;Als Supporter möchte ich wissen was bei den letzten Crew-Treffen beschlossen wurde. Hierzu muss ich meine Emails durchforsten. Das ist zeitaufwendig und frustriert mich so, dass ich die Infos ggf. gar nicht nachschaue.;As a supporter i want to know what was decided on the last crew meeting. For that i need to search my emails. This is very time consuming and frustrating which, as a result i might no longer look for those information.
PS13;Ich als Praktikantin wünsche mir einen reibungslosen Finanzprozess im Pool.;I as an intern wish for a smooth financial process in the pool.
PS14;Ich als Supporter-in wünsche mir, dass die IT bei VcA immer funktioniert, da ich mich in der Freizeit engagiere und mich in dieser Zeit nicht auch noch mit IT-Problemen rumschlagen möchte;I as a supporter which for the IT at VcA to always work, because i do not want bother with IT problems in my free time that i use to participate.
PS15;Ich als Mitarbeiter möchte, dass möglichst viele richtige Informationen weitergegeben werden. Nicht alle haben das gleiche wissen. Teilweise steht kein wissen an der Tonne.;I as an employee want as many correct information be passed on as possible. Not everyone has the same knowledge. Sometimes there is no knowledge at the bin.
PS16;Als Supporter möchte ich einen Überblick darüber haben, was aktuell im VcA-Kosmos diskutiert wird. Aktuell steht vieles an unterschiedlichen Orten oder wird gar nicht geteilt. So ist man gelegentlich uninformiert.;As a supporter i want an overview of active discussions in VcA as a whole. Right now a lot is spread over many places or is not shared at all. This makes you uninformed from time to time.
PS17;Ich bin neu in Berlin und möchte zu einem Crew-Treffen, aber es fehlt eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung ... Deshalb fahre ich quer durch Berlin und komme zu spät zum Treffen... :(;I am new in Berlin and want to go to a crew meeting, but there are no directions ... That's why i am driving through all of berlin and arrive late to the meeting ... :(
PS18;Ich als Supporter möchte, dass Frustration frühzeitig erkannt wird. Zurzeit wird wenig reflektiert. Supporter*innen sollten die Lust am Ehrenamt nicht verlieren.;I as a supporter want frustration to be recognized as soon as possible. Right we reflect very little. Supporter should not lose their motivation to volunteer. 
PS19;Ich als Supporter-in würde gerne näher an Crews aus anderen Teilen Deutschlands rücken, wodruch sich besserer Austausch ergeben würde. Durch räumliche Entfernung ist dies nicht gegeben und sehr zeitaufwändig, da ich verschiedene soziale Netzwerke nutzen muss;I as a supporter would like to get closer to crews from other parts of Germany, this would result in a better exchange. Spatial separation makes this very time consuming because i have to use many different social networks.
PS20;Als ASP einer Aktion möchte ich alles Material schnell zusammenbringen, aber ich weiß nicht wo das Material ist, daher fühle ich mich schlecht vorbereitet.;As ASP of an action, I want to gather all material fast, but i do not know where the material is. That's why i am feeling badly prepared.
PS21;Als Finanz-ASP möchte ich Spenden schnell und sauber einzahlen aber ich kann nirgendwo festhalten wieviele Münzen welcher Art vorhanden sind. Dadruch fühle ich mich unsicher am Einzahlautomaten.;As finance ASP, I want deposit donations in a clean manner but i have no means to note the kind and amount of coins. This makes me feel insecure at the deposit terminal.
PS22;Als Supporter möchte ich gerne auf die Konzerte meiner Lieblingskünstler, aber ich weiß leider nicht, wie ich dies äußern kann. Daher fühle ich mich ausgeschlossen.;As a supporter I want go to the concerts of my favorite artists, but I don't know how to say this. I am feeling excluded because of this.
PS23;Als Aktions-ASP (einer einzelnen Aktion) möchte ich wissen, welche Materialien wo sind und wie ich daran komme. Dies ist aktuell nicht der Fall, da sie alle bei einer Person sind, die nicht immer erreichbar ist. Das macht Aktionen aufwändiger.;As actions ASP (of a single action), I want to know where i can find which materials and how to access them. Right now this is not the case, because they are all with one person, which is not always reachable. This increases the effort for actions.
PS24;Als Netzwerk-ASP wünsche ich mir, dass mehr Personen aus der Crew überregional am Netzwerk teilhaben. Dies passiert aktuell wenig, evtl. weil die Einstiegshürde zu groß oder der gesehene Nutzen zu klein ist. Dadurch leben viele Kassel-Supporter nur in der Kassel-Blase und der Netzwerkgedanke wird nicht erfüllt.;As network ASP, I wish for more people from the crew to take part in the network cross-regional. Right this barely happens, maybe because the entry threshold is too high or seen the use is too little. That's why many supporters from Kassel are only living in a Kassel bubble. For that reason the network thought is not fulfilled.
PS25;Ich als alter Hase würde gerne eine Plattform für alle VcA-Arbeiten haben. Die Kommunikation verläuft bisher über multiple Kanäle und ist dadurch sehr zeitaufwändig.;As a veteran would like to have platform for all VcA related work. The communication right now is handled over multiple channels and thus very time consuming. 
PS26;Als Supporter möchte ich mich informieren, welche Veranstaltungen gerade in Planung bzw. verfügbar sind. Hierzu muss ich Informationen aus verschiedenen Tools sammeln. Dies ist sehr unübersichtlich und aufwendig für mich. Dies an einer Stelle zu haben wäre super. Da es so frustrierend und anstrengend ist.;As supporter, I want to know which activities are being planed or are available right now. To do that i need gather information across multiple different tools. This is very chaotic and time consuming for me. I would be great to have all in one place. The situation is frustrating and exhausting for me.
