Description

This repository contains clinical data of LUAD samples (phnotype.csv; TCGA-LUAD.survival.tsv), microRNA targets data of RNAs-RNAs relationships (mirna-lnc.txt; mirna-mrna.csv), and RNAs expression data of LUAD (ENSG_ID.txt; ENSG_ID_LNC.txt; idMap.data; TCGA-LUAD.htseq_fpkm.tsv; TCGA-LUAD.mirna.tsv) used in Dynamical network analysis reveals key microRNAs in progressive stages of lung cancer.
