The purpose of this document is to outline the workflow from data generation to data storage and analysis using the ThermoFisher Scientific CellInsight CX7 High Content Screening (HCS) Platform in fluorescence-based cellular assays. It provides guidelines on image acquisition, image analysis and data management.
