Synonymy: Indenicmosoma ardoini described from Afghanistan was compared by Kaszab (1970a) with I. indochinensis, I. nathani and I. pocsi. In that paper Indenicmosoma nathani was said to be larger, with denser dorsal punctation, and with more convex pronotum. However, the examined type specimens of I. ardoini show no specific differences in the body length, in the shape of pronotum and elytra, in the dorsal punctation, as well as in the shape of the aedeagus with the above listed numerous specimens of I. nathani from India and Nepal (Figs. 6–8, 18–19). Thus, I. ardoini Kaszab, 1970 is considered as a junior synonym of I. nathani Ardoin, 1964.

Distribution: India (type locality „Nilgiri Hills“ of nathani), Afghanistan (type locality “ Kandahar ” of ardoini), Nepal (Kaszab 1970b), Bhutan (Kaszab 1975a), Sri Lanka (Kaszab 1979b).
