'all' donor is the sum across all donors; 'overall' chromosome is the sum across all chromosomes

Gainsof1 are canonical gains of one chromosomal for 2 total copies; GainsOfOver1 have gained more than one copy for more than 2 total copies. If this isn't specified, both gains of 1 and more than 1 are included in total.
