Description

The advantage of using gaming in the educational and research process of the university lies in their non-traditional methods  of learning features, namely the learning process by using business games as close to real practice; business game is a game teaching method, where all participants act in different roles, and make decisions in accordance with the interests of their role;  business game  -  a collective way of learning, while traditional methods are focused primarily on individual training; in business games with special means to create a emotional players, the so called "controlled tension". In addition, in the course of the business game developed sense of purpose, activity, dynamics and productivity of thinking, strength and memory, commitment to excellence and belief in themselves. From a didactic point of view of effective training game that does not cause resistance to modern pedagogical theory and can become a form of integrated obucheniya.My agree with the opinion of modern scholars point out that the business game can be considered as a new area of activity, as the simulations, as a form of role-based learning as a method of teaching, research, and educational solutions and educational problems. Educational games can be characterized by educational goals and objectives of the form, manner of organization, complexity, quantitative composition of the participants.  Role playing allows students to see anew the value of the research work of the teacher in the future professional activity, methods, forms and location of the work.
