# Lucy Forrest and Matthew Nelson # ############################################################################ Homology model of human annexin A11 C-terminal based on human annexin A4 ############################################################################ This archive contains input files and a homology model of human annexin A11’s C-terminal domain with and without bound calcium, and built using human annexin A4 bound to calcium and using Modeller. The template coordinates were extracted from PDB ID 2ZOC. The relevant files are in the ANXA11_apo.tgz and ANXA11_4Ca.tgz compressed tarballs (which can be uncompressed with the command: "tar -tzvf *.tgz". The final holo model, anxa11_cterm.B99990038.pdb, and the final apo model, anxa11_cterm.B99990009.pdb were selected from ensembles of 100 models each, generated by Modeller 9.20 with the input files in the Modeller_files/ subfolders, by filtration with MolPDF, then ProQ, then PROCHECK, then MolProbity. The selected PDB files were converted to pbq format, including the partial charges of the atoms, for mapping the electrostatic potential onto the surface in pymol.
