This simulation evolves the same initial data as 

d13_q1_sA_0_0_-0.44_sB_0_0_-0.44 (SXS:BBH:0171), 

but has smaller residual spins in the x,y directions after the initial
relaxation.  It was also run with a much more recent version of SpEC.
