Here follows a quick description of all the files in this repository:
The main parameter file “parameters.par“ calls yaml files to initialize spatially dependant parameters. 
In particular, “Sulawesi_material3d.yaml“ (which itself calls “Sulawesi_initial_stress.yaml“) defines the elastic parameters and the initial stress state used by the viscoplasticity routines. 
In addition, “Sulawesi_fault.yaml“ (which itself calls “Sulawesi_nucleation_stress.yaml“ and “Sulawesi_initial_stress.yaml“) defines the dynamic-rupture related parameters. 
The mesh file consists of two files, "Sulawesi_65dip_straightBay_ShortNorth_200m_8e6" and "Sulawesi_65dip_straightBay_ShortNorth_200m_8e6.xdmf".
“3dvel_Sulawesi_BMKG.nc” is a netcdf file containing the 3D velocity model of Awaliah et al. (2018).
“3dvel_Sulawesi.nc” is a netcdf file containing the 3D velocity model of Fichtner et al. (2018). 
The remaining files (*.dat) describe the fault and off-fault receivers.
