Each dataset consists of 501 blocks of length 1502. The first block contains the interpulse separations (t_d in the text) in ps , in locations 2... 1502 (the first entry in block 1 (NaN) is nugatory. Each subsequent block contains, in position 1, the time (in s) at which the voltage across the sample was recorded (t_elec in the text) followed by the 1501 values of the signal for the corresponding interpulse separations. In short, the data are arranged in a 501X1502 matrix, whose first row is Nan followd by the 1501 interpulse separations t_d, and whose first column is NaN followed by the 500 times at which the voltage was recorded, t_elec, so that the entry at position { r+1,c+1} is the signal at t_{elec}(r), t_d(c). The signal recorded is 0.1 V_s, where V_s is the voltage across the sample. The dataset name is of the form vdropxxx.txt, where xxx/10 is the attenuation used.
