This master thesis has been done at PTB (Braunschweig, Germany) and the Ostfalia University of applied science (Wolfenbuettel, Germany) for the EMPIR Project 17IND06 "FutureGrid II". The presented work are used in a project which has received funding from the EMPIR programme co-financed by the Participating States and from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
