## Rights and reproducibility

The package is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. It redistributes MTF-created analysis, source links, coding decisions and aggregate results. It does not redistribute employers’ full vacancy descriptions.

To reproduce the published calculations, inspect the formulas in the XLSX data book or aggregate the binary columns in `coded-vacancies.csv`. The original employer-controlled URLs and capture date are retained in `source-inventory.csv`.
