Public canon reference for the FREBT architecture in the Residuum universe.

## Public Canon Rules

FREBT is always written as **FREBT**.

Do not write it as **FRET-DEBT** in-world.

Do not define it inside the surviving Document.

Do not treat the Document as religious scripture.

Do not make the Grandfather a prophet.

Do not make the Count mystical at its origin.

The system begins as machinery, procedure, classification, and fear.

The myth comes later.
