    "description": "<p>This is a development version of ASCC 0.7.0 with a number of fixes based around getting ASCC working on the Sanger-ToL Prefect workflow manager.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixes to param evaluations which control process execution</li>\n<li>Fixes to correct a <code>[ConcurrentModificationException]</code> stopping the use of FCS_ADAPTOR output</li>\n<li><code>KMER_COUNTER</code> has been replaced with <code>COBIONTID_KMERCOUNTER</code> to increase efficiency.<ul>\n<li>This required the addition of <code>REFORMAT_NPY_2_CSV</code> to generate the kmer table.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><code>FCSGX_RUNGX</code> has been updated to not depend on <code>modulecmd</code> instead, production profiles will instead default to a local installation of fcs_gx. Avoiding containerised options provided in the module.</li>\n</ul>",
