Notes.
Strain GMBC 3011 was identified as Subuliphorum camptosporum based on integrated evidence from six-locus phylogenetic analyses and morphological characteristics, both of which are consistent with the taxonomic circumscription of this species by Hou et al. (2023) in all key diagnostic features. This represents both the first report of S. camptosporum from a plant rhizosphere habitat and the first geographic record of this species in China, expanding its known ecological amplitude and global distribution. Additionally, we generated the first rpb 1 gene sequence of this species, which fills an important gap in its molecular dataset.
