Description
This record contains the genome report associated with the draft genome sequence of Bacillus thuringiensis serovar entomocidus strain BGSC 4I1 (HD-10).
The study describes genome assembly, annotation, and genomic analyses including taxonomic assignment, identification of pesticidal protein genes, and secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters.
Genome sequencing was performed using Illumina paired-end technology, and de novo assembly was carried out using SPAdes. Functional annotation was performed using RAST and Prokka, while genome mining analyses included antiSMASH and BPPRC databases.
The corresponding genome dataset will be deposited in Zenodo and linked to this report.
