Improving policy development processes and Decentralised Rural Proofing in Living Labs

Description

The report aims to provide policy-relevant insights and lessons arising from the 14 Living Labs. Amongst others, it highlights using the Theory of Change (ToC) approach to link experimentation with policy action/transition outcomes, and Decentralised Rural Proofing (DRP) as a complementary approach to “stress-test” strategies, programmes and legal reforms from a rural perspective.
