Description
This dataset contains electrochemical measurements, calibration data, gel electrophoresis images, and logistic regression outputs associated with the publication:
"Integrating isothermal amplification techniques and LNA-based AI-assisted electrochemical bioassay for analysis of KRAS G12V point mutation"
The dataset includes data related to:
- optimization experiments,
- calibration measurements,
- selectivity studies,
- mutation analysis of cancer cell lines and colorectal cancer patient samples,
- ROC analysis and logistic regression feature weights,
- gel electrophoresis images of RCA products.
The experiments were focused on electrochemical detection of KRAS wild-type and KRAS G12V sequences using rolling circle amplification (RCA), LNA-modified magnetic particles, and amperometric readout.
