Im Datensatz \"GrippeWeb - Daten des Wochenberichts\" des Robert Koch-Instituts werden w\u00f6chentliche, bev\u00f6lkerungsbasierte Sch\u00e4tzungen zur Inzidenz akuter respiratorischer Erkrankungen (ARE) und grippe\u00e4hnlicher Erkrankungen (ILI) in Deutschland bereitgestellt. GrippeWeb als Online-Portal zur partizipativen syndromischen Surveillance nutzt Selbstausk\u00fcnfte freiwilliger, pseudonym registrierter Teilnehmender ab 16 Jahren zu Symptomen wie Husten, Fieber und Halsschmerzen. Daraus werden Inzidenzen nach Altersgruppen und Regionen errechnet. Die erhobenen Daten unterst\u00fctzen die \u00dcberwachung saisonaler Infektionen und dienen der Risikobewertung in Pandemien wie COVID-19.
