Moussa,&nbsp;<em>Beyond the Block Universe and Temporal Flow: A Relational Emergence Account of Time</em>, em confronto com a Teoria da Objetividade (TO). Redigido no estilo Chicago autor-data, o estudo examina a tese central de Moussa segundo a qual a oposi&ccedil;&atilde;o duradoura entre o universo-bloco e as teorias do fluxo temporal &eacute; sustentada por um pressuposto comum: o tratamento do tempo como ontologicamente fundamental.</p>\n<p>A partir da perspectiva da Teoria da Objetividade, o artigo sustenta que a proposta de Moussa &eacute; filosoficamente relevante porque desloca o problema do tempo da polaridade entre fixidez e fluxo para as condi&ccedil;&otilde;es ontol&oacute;gicas sob as quais a ordem temporal emerge. O estudo identifica compatibilidades importantes entre a Relational Continuum Ontology e a TO, especialmente no que se refere &agrave; rejei&ccedil;&atilde;o de absolutos temporais, &agrave; primazia da organiza&ccedil;&atilde;o relacional e &agrave; depend&ecirc;ncia da estrutura temporal em rela&ccedil;&atilde;o &agrave; estabilidade, &agrave; diferencia&ccedil;&atilde;o e &agrave; transforma&ccedil;&atilde;o ordenada.</p>\n<p>Ao mesmo tempo, o artigo desenvolve uma avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o cr&iacute;tica rigorosa dos limites do quadro te&oacute;rico de Moussa quando examinado sob a disciplina modal da TO. Destacam-se tens&otilde;es relativas &agrave; necessidade modal, ao estatuto cosmog&ecirc;nico da temporalidade, &agrave; anterioridade l&oacute;gica dos elementos e ao papel da transcend&ecirc;ncia informacional. Nesta leitura, a transcend&ecirc;ncia &eacute; entendida como o conhecimento ou as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es produzidas nas rela&ccedil;&otilde;es at&ocirc;micas, equivalentes &agrave;s radia&ccedil;&otilde;es at&ocirc;micas.</p>\n<p>O trabalho articula ainda a discuss&atilde;o com os elementos fenom&ecirc;nicos da TO, os Efeitos Indutores, o teorema cosmog&ecirc;nico e as Eras cosmol&oacute;gicas da Teoria da Objetividade, propondo que o tempo seja compreendido n&atilde;o como um recipiente ontol&oacute;gico primitivo, mas como uma conquista derivada da estrutura&ccedil;&atilde;o relacional objetiva.
