About the Role
The Principal Project Director will oversee project governance and coordination across functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, effective decision making, and a focus on delivering value through structured project management and disciplined engineering practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, risk registers, change control processes, and governance structures.
- Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and procurement activities as appropriate.
- Ensure design and fabrication activities align with project requirements using available design and manufacturing tools, including AutoCAD and CAD/CAM as applicable.
- Manage client and stakeholder communications, reporting, and escalation.
- Champion quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to maximize project outcomes.
