Job Overview
We are seeking a Property Systems Specialist to oversee and maintain essential building systems across multiple properties. This traveling role entails visiting sites, diagnosing issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of systems.

About the Role
As a Property Systems Specialist, you will inspect, maintain, and repair building systems at various properties. You will work with facilities teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability, focusing on carpentry and MEP trades. You will travel between properties as required, prioritize tasks, document work performed, and provide practical recommendations for improvements.

About Required Skills

- Carpentry
- HVAC
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
- Refrigeration
- Basic safety awareness and operating procedures
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to travel between properties and manage time effectively

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair building systems including carpentry components and MEP equipment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Assist with installation, adjustment, and commissioning of equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and safety documentation
- Collaborate with property teams to meet safety, efficiency, and reliability standards
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and provide timely resolutions
- Recommend cost-effective improvements and follow-up on work orders
