Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team and help clients achieve success with our services. The role focuses on building strong relationships, guiding projects to successful outcomes, and delivering measurable results for clients.

About the Role
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure that client objectives are met. You will translate client needs into actionable plans and help drive adoption, renewal, and expansion opportunities.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients
- Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Understand client goals, success metrics, and desired outcomes
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and opportunities
- Coordinate with engineering, education, and operations teams to deliver value
- Support bids, proposals, and estimates as needed
- Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing materials for clients
- Prepare and present regular reporting on performance, usage, and outcomes
- Plan engagements and coordinate scheduling to meet client goals
- Travel to client sites as required

Required Skills
- Bids: knowledge of bid processes and client proposals
- Education: ability to educate and train clients; develop learning materials
- Energy: domain knowledge relevant to energy projects or markets
- Engineering: understanding of technical project aspects and collaboration with engineering teams
- Estimates: experience with cost estimation and budgeting support
- Management: strong relationship and project management capabilities
- Planning: planning and scheduling of activities and milestones
- Reporting: ability to develop clear performance reports and insights
- Travel: willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed
