Position: Associate Manager, Alternative Assets Audit

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Alternative Assets Audit to join our Financial Services practice. In this role you will lead and contribute to audits of alternative asset portfolios, including private equity and related investments, delivering high-quality assurance and financial reporting in alignment with applicable standards.

About the Role:
As the Associate Manager, Alternative Assets Audit, you will plan, lead, and supervise engagements, manage risk assessments, and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure effective controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assurance engagements for alternative asset clients, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Assess internal controls, perform risk assessments, and document findings.
- Evaluate compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulations; contribute to financial reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective control environments.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff; manage project timelines and quality control.
- Utilize data analysis and financial modeling approaches where appropriate; maintain thorough documentation.
- Travel as required to service client engagements.
