This role provides medical leadership, guides cross-functional collaboration, and ensures accurate and compliant scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

About the Role
The Senior Field Medical Affairs Manager – Immunology is responsible for developing and executing medical strategies, supporting lifecycle management, and enabling evidence generation in collaboration with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Information, and Commercial teams. The role focuses on high-quality scientific exchange, strategic planning, and field-based execution to advance patient care and scientific understanding.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement field medical plans for immunology programs
- Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to provide accurate medical information and gather insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on evidence generation, trial awareness, and publication planning
- Support pharmacovigilance and risk management activities by identifying safety signals and communicating medical updates
- Prepare and deliver scientific communications, slide decks, and educational materials for internal and external audiences
- Monitor field insights, summarize data in medical affairs reports, and maintain compliant documentation
- Contribute to strategic planning, training, and leadership initiatives within the medical affairs function
- Travel to engage with external stakeholders and participate in scientific conferences as required
