Senior Biostatistician, Cancer Research

We are seeking a Senior Biostatistician, Cancer Research to join our research team. The successful candidate will apply statistical methods to cancer-focused studies, contribute to study design and analysis plans, support clinical trials and drug development programs, and collaborate across disciplines to advance scientific and regulatory goals.

About the Role
As a member of our oncology-focused statistics group, you will contribute to the development and execution of statistical strategies for cancer research programs. The role emphasizes statistical thinking, rigorous analysis, and clear communication of results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead statistical planning and analysis for oncology studies
- Develop analysis plans, sample size calculations, and endpoints specifications
- Collaborate with clinical teams on study design and data interpretation
- Support regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory authorities
- Provide guidance on experimental design and data quality standards
- Mentor junior statisticians and other team members
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards
- Contribute to drug development programs across clinical trial phases
