Position: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will provide broad HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, and data management to help create a positive and compliant workplace.

About the Role
In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of HR activities, partnering with managers and staff to deliver effective human resources services. You will help implement HR programs, maintain accurate data, support workforce planning, and promote a constructive work environment through clear communication and service excellence.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions.
- Administer onboarding and new-hire orientation to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities in partnership with payroll teams to support timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain master data and HR records, ensuring data quality, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations, policy communication, and adherence to applicable laws and internal guidelines.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform planning and decision-making.
- Promote a positive work environment through internal communications and employer branding activities.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Provide responsive, practical HR support to employees and managers as needed.
