Talent Development Partner

Overview
We are seeking a Talent Development Partner to help shape and deliver our talent development strategy. The role focuses on building organizational capability through development programs, coaching, and strong partnerships with leaders and teams across the organization.

About the Role
As the Talent Development Partner, you will partner with business leaders to identify development needs, design scalable programs, and advance Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives. You will lead activities that strengthen talent management, support leadership and employee growth, and drive performance improvement through learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to assess development needs and design scalable learning programs and succession planning approaches.
- Develop and deliver training, coaching, and facilitation to support individual and organizational growth.
- Lead Organization Development and Organization Effectiveness initiatives to improve performance, engagement, and culture.
- Manage Talent Management processes, including competency frameworks, performance development plans, and career progression support.
- Measure program impact, report outcomes, and continuously improve learning initiatives based on data.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to embed learning into daily operations and change efforts.
