Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations across multiple properties. This role leads maintenance programs, safety compliance, asset stewardship, and operational efficiency across the portfolio.

About the Role
You will coordinate facility services, manage internal teams and external vendors, develop preventive maintenance plans, and drive continuous improvement in facilities performance. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple sites, and a focus on safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs across properties.
- Oversee facilities operations, including management of service contracts, vendors, and in-house teams.
- Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance at all sites.
- Monitor energy use and environmental impact, supporting Environmental Management Systems.
- Manage asset management and lifecycle planning for building systems and equipment.
- Administer budgets, cost controls, and procurement for maintenance operations.
- Lead project management for capital improvements and renovations.
- Coordinate with property managers, operations teams, and stakeholders to align on goals.
