## Abstract

Count the gallows. There are 370 words with two or more gallows types in ZL v3b (Zandbergen-Landini). Run a Monte Carlo simulation (10,000 iterations). Random baseline: 109 ± 7.0. Factor: **1.795**. Significance: 12.5σ.

Switch to RF1b (the Reference file combining ZL with Glen Claston's transcription): 334 dual-gallows overrides. Random baseline: 193 ± 9.0. Factor: **1.729**. Significance: **15.7σ**. Deviation from ∛5: **1.13%** — direct convergence without correction.

The factor equals the cube root of 5 (∛5 = 1.710). When ZL is used, a residual of 0.027 coincides with the physical removal of six folios (f59–f64). RF1b, which incorporates Glen Claston's alternative readings of ambiguous loci, resolves this internally: the 138 extra override words in RF *are* the statistical equivalent of those missing pages.

This constant — ∛5 — reappears independently in four ch:sh section-pair ladders, in the qo-interval normalization of the post-crash restart page (f65v: 7.2/4.2 = 1.714), and in the gallows elemental ratio (12/7 = 1.714). Confirmed across both ZL v3b and RF1b: Balnéo ch:sh = 1.33/1.34, stable in both transcriptions. The Voynich Manuscript (MS 408, Beinecke Library, Yale; parchment dated 1404–1438) is mathematically tuned to a three-dimensional Fibonacci resonance constant.

Three scribe-isolation tests demonstrate that the recto/verso statistical variance is section-dependent, not scribe-dependent — the signature of a measurement instrument, not a text.
